Travel Tips

Make Your Partas Trip Smooth

Book in Advance

For peak season trips (Holy Week, Christmas, summer), book at least 3–7 days ahead to secure your preferred schedule and seat.

Arrive Early

Arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Buses leave on time!

Baggage Allowance

Each passenger is allowed up to 30 kg stored under the bus. Carry-on items must fit in the overhead bin.

Bring Valid ID

Senior citizens and PWDs must present a valid ID at the ticket counter to avail of the 20% discount.

Overnight Trips

For overnight trips, bring a light blanket or jacket. Super Deluxe buses have reclining seats great for sleeping.

On-Board Etiquette

Keep noise to a minimum, especially on overnight trips. Eating strong-smelling food and smoking are strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers must present a valid ticket or booking confirmation before boarding.
  • Children below 3 ft in height may travel free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult (max 1 child per adult).
  • Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, and playing loud music are strictly prohibited inside the bus.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Partas is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Passengers in an intoxicated state may be refused entry for the safety of others.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended. Use the overhead compartment for small bags only.
  • In case of medical emergency, inform the driver or conductor immediately.
  • Refund and rebooking policies apply. Check at the ticket counter or call our hotline.
